Our founders have over 30 years of collective experience in leadership consulting, creating and launching team for both large 20,000+ employees and small teams. Thomas Cavanaugh is a senior executive consultant and the owner, co-founder of InsightNOVA. He has 25 years of leadership experience, coaching, team building, launching, company retreats, and personal coaching in the C-Suite. He also has over a decade of success in mediation and conflict resolution as well as inner healing coaching and pastoral counseling.
